Transitioning from winter days into mild spring days, Chef Romero will be presenting tropical fruits from South America. Showcasing from Brazil the simply sweet and tart passion fruit along with the exquisitely sweet jackfruit.

​Presented delights are a refreshing Madagascar vanilla bean panna cotta with a passion fruit compote. Along a light chiffon cake with a jackfruit curd and topped with a sweet whipped cream.

As we welcome the warmth of spring, Cafe Rustico invites you to indulge in a delightful seasonal treat on April 6th.

​A luxurious honey and lavender crème brûlée, perfectly paired with a zesty lemon cake with infused kiwi sauce, accented by a delicate layer of white chocolate ganache and topped with crunchy pistachios. Come celebrate the blossoming flavors of spring at Cafe Rustico!
